This beautiful cottage beautifully stylish throughout, it truly is the perfect bolt hole for a small family or couples alike.

Like the other holiday homes on this 450-acre Cornish estate, this property is spacious and stylish. It can accommodate up to six people in its three bedrooms, and its large living space means you never feel cramped, while the estate’s amenities and leisure facilities make entertaining all guests an easy task.

Inside, you enter a hallway with storage for all your outerwear. From there, you go through to the open-plan lounge/diner with a kitchen area too. The entire space is light and bright thanks to large windows and a tall, vaulted ceiling. It’s an impressive space with everything you need to cater in the kitchen and relax in the living room. On the same floor are the three bedrooms - all have super-king-size zip-and-link beds so sleeping arrangements can be very flexible depending on your needs. Two rooms boast en-suites and patio doors, which go to the patio. There’s a shower room that acts as the family bathroom which also has a WC. Outside, the property has its own private terrace with patio furniture. However, guests are free to explore the entire estate, which has its own swimming pools, golf course, restaurants, bar and spa.

While the St. Mellion Estate comes loaded with its own attractions, there’s also so much to see within a short drive too. The city of Plymouth is only 12 miles from the property and has lots of options for entertainment and places to eat. There’s the aquarium in addition to shops, museums and galleries. There are pretty villages and towns to see too that have a sleepier feel - such as Kingsand and Cawsand, both 19 miles away. The fishing village of Looe is very quaint and is under 16 miles away.
