This stylish property benefits from shared facilities at the on-site health club plus it has use of a golf course. It means that it’s immediately in a great location for a fun-filled holiday with family or friends. It’s set within the grounds of the St Mellion Estate, close to the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Inside, the property is tastefully decorated and has every mod-con that makes your trip away comfortable and convenient.

The main living area is entirely open plan with the lounge, kitchen and dining room all in one spacious room. It’s a fantastic place to socialise with the rest of your group and plan your activities or go over the fun you’ve had that day. The kitchen has everything you should need to rustle up delicious meals when away, while the dining area has enough space for everyone to sit and enjoy dinner time. After eating, you can head to the lounge area where there is plenty of comfortable seating to kick back and relax to watch the Smart TV. The property’s two bedrooms both have zip-and-link beds. So, they can be either a twin or a super-king-size, depending on your needs. They also both benefit from an en-suite bathroom or shower room and the master bedroom has a Smart TV too. Outside, in addition to the shared grounds, there’s a private patio area with garden furniture. You also have shared use of the health club, which has swimming pools, a spa, a bar and restaurants.

When you leave the grounds, there is still plenty to explore nearby. The towns of Callington and Saltash have plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants and are both under 6 miles away. Plymouth is 12 miles away and has plenty to do such as the National Marine Aquarium, the Tinside Lido and the Royal William Victualling Yard.

  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Excellent cottage with 2 wonderfully big and comfortable double beds. Nice size family room and kitchen area. Very clean on arrival. Lots of walks to explore with the dog. Resident fees for golf and the Nicklaus course is a true test for any golfer.

We had the most amazing holiday. None of us wanted to return home! The holiday cottage was brilliant and access to the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. Holly (9) reckons it was better than Centre Parks!!! Thank you very much for having us. We WILL be back.

This is a lovely bungalow on the edge of the estate making it easier to walk the dog. It also had the sun most of the day on the deck. Use of the lovely swimming pools is a great added bonus and a good location to explore from. I would recommend taking your own pillows as the included ones are hard.
