This property is perfect for families of 4 or 5 plus a cot. The apartment is across 2 floors and has been finished to a high standard and is decorated in a contemporary but comfortable style. The property is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the town and benefits from having a parking space and an outside area.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen/Diner: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine.
Lounge: TV and Blu Ray DVD Player and Music System with iPod Docking Station.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double Bed (5ft) with a Narrow Balcony with a Glimpse of the Sea.
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds with 4ft 6” bottom bunk and 3ft top bunk
Bathroom: Shower over Bath, WC, Heated Towel Rail and Wash Basin.

Outside Space: There is a small, private outside area to the rear of the property with storage for beach items.
Parking: On-site Parking for 1 Car in a shared courtyard (Space Number 6).

Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen.
Beach: 0.5 ml. Pub: 0.25 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in the shared courtyard, space number 6. Property accessed via communal hallway.


We have stayed at this property several times and always enjoy our visits. It is a bonus to have a dedicated parking space.
