This ground-floor apartment for adults only has a fresh, bright and modern feel, with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that’s inviting and comfortable. The well-designed kitchen has all the equipment you’ll need to whip up a hearty breakfast or a romantic dinner a deux, and there’s a dining table for two by the window. When it’s time to relax, head for the sofa and armchair by the TV for a quiet evening in. At bedtime, the spacious double bedroom has ample storage space for clothes, and there’s a handsome bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Many people park up in St Ives and don’t get their car keys out again until they leave - there’s simply so much to do in this popular town. At the lovely Porthminster Beach, less than half a mile downhill from the apartment, you can sunbathe, swim and learn to sea kayak or stand-up paddleboard. There are four other gorgeous beaches in town for you to explore, and on offer are surf lessons and boat trips out on the water, including mackerel fishing, exhilarating RIB rides, or simply tours of the beautiful coastline from a different angle. For a change, head downhill into town and you can indulge in retail therapy to your heart’s content, enjoy some art at Tate St Ives or the fascinating Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, or try some of the town’s many cafes, delis, takeaways and restaurants.

Clean modern flat, a parking space and a short stroll into town. It was well equipped and had a sea view from the living room. I couldn't fault it.

Beautiful flat, clean, modern and airy with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Walking distance to beach and town would highly recommend

Location/walking time to the beach/town/pubs within minutes. Parking space at the property a valuable bonus. Everything you can think of in the property should you need it.

The property was ideally positioned for the porthminster beach and Harbour area. It was extremely clean and well equipped with the added bonus of a sea view. Would highly recommend this property.
