Bring the family together and enjoy the bustle of St Ives. This flat is ideally located with convenient access to the sea, the railway station and the centre of town all within easy reach, and you’ll have lots to explore in the wider area, too. This property can be booked with the flat below for larger groups.

The best feature of the flat is the lounge/diner. There are floor-to-ceiling windows which offer an incredible view of the nearby beach, exacerbated by the property’s location on the second floor. It’s a great spot for playing games, reading or relaxing with a meal. Next door you’ll find the kitchen, which is compact and well equipped. You’ll see two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both are comfortable and decorated with neutral tones to be amenable to all tastes. There isn’t a garden, but you will be close to plenty of outdoor spaces, including beaches.

The closest beach is Porthminster Beach, which is just under 500 metres from the property. It’s sandy, with stunning views and cliffs set behind. Surfers may prefer Porthmeor Beach (0.5 miles), which has Tate St Ives Art Gallery on one end and Mans Head rock formation on the other. The town itself has lots of spots for food and entertainment, so take some time to wander around and enjoy the area. Cornwall is full of history and wildlife, including wild seals in the National Trust Godrevy reserve (10 miles) and wild ponies in the Penwith Heritage Coast (16.5 miles). While you’re in the area, take a trip to Land’s End (18 miles from the property) and visit the Merry Maidens Stone Circle (13.5 miles) to learn about the dancing women who were cursed, then go to St Michael’s Mount (9 miles) for the island castle.

Fantastic apartment, with the most amazing view overlooking the beach and harbour, no need for a TV when staying here! Very spacious. The location is very good to reach public transport and shops/beach. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, must be one of the best in the whole town. Can watch the tide coming in and out in the harbour all day from the full length window. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with lovely bedding. The view is truly exceptional and the apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped.
