Whisk your loved one away to this apartment on the Cornish coast and you’ll not be disappointed by the character, charm and culture of St. Ives. Less than half a mile away is the picturesque stretch of Porthminster Beach (which is popular for swimming) and soak in the scenery in the summer, whilst in the winter, it’s a tranquil haven for a romantic seaside walk. Taking inspiration from its surroundings, this property is a calming space filled with hues of blue, boasting panoramic sea views from the open-plan living area.

The living room comprises a TV and a large leather sofa where you can sprawl out with your loved one and relax for a cosy evening in. At the other end of the room is the glossy white kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to cook up meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a glass dining table seating four. For a good night’s sleep, the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed as well as plenty of storage for all of your belongings. Next door is the light, bright shower room with a spacious double shower cubicle.

Head into the fishing village of St. Ives (less than half a mile) and you’ll find a plethora of cafes, restaurants and pubs for special occasions, as well as a wealth of art galleries such as the Tate St. Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. Hop aboard one of the local boat trips to see the Cornish coast from a unique viewpoint, opting for a visit to Seal Island, a wildlife-spotting safari or a serene sunset sail. Stroll along the iconic South West Coast Path in search of adventure and you’ll get the chance to sample some of the finest beaches in the area with Hayle Beach, Godrevy Beach and Bassets Cove all within 13 miles.

We came back for a second year - we loved the well-equipped flat, the comfort, the simplicity of it all... and of course the view of the sea and clouds across St Ives and the ever-changing weather!!

Beautiful flat and great location. View out of the window is beautiful. Just a 5 minute walk into town and car parking makes this a great place to stay.

Oh the view from no.31 - just sit and watch clouds, sea and beach... But then go back to the comforts of a lovely little flat: really spacious bedroom, lovely hot shower, well-equipped kitchen. Can we come again...?

The best thing about this flat is the view from the window overlooking Porthminster Beach and St Ives Bay. My car had it's own secure underground parking place. Its location is a short stroll away from the town centre.
