Delightfully refurbished to a high standard with charming decor and furnishings, it provides a great place for a family or friends who want to be in easy reach of all the local facilities. With plenty of space for six, two elegant bathrooms, a high specification kitchen with quality appliances and a lovely sunny garden room that leads out to a private courtyard, you are sure to be comfortable here.
Situated in famous Chapel Street in central Penzance, and within a short walk of numerous shops, pubs, cafes, galleries and restaurants, this holiday cottage is also well-located for accessing the South West Coast Path and the fabulous Jubilee Pool on the Promenade - a great example of an Art Deco Lido and which provides a safe place to swim in seawater. Penzance is renowned for hosting a number of literary and arts festivals, including the famous Golowan Festival which is a colourful spectacle celebrating the midsummer feast of St John. Local attractions include historic St Michael's Mount, accessible on foot at low tide across the causeway, Polgoon Vineyard and the stunning Minack Theatre at Porthcurno.

This modern, comfortable property was a delight to stay in. The property is airy and light and equipped with everything you would want for a stay. There are sea views from two of the bedrooms and also through the gate at the bottom of the garden. It is within walking distance to the town centre, the promenade, the beach, the quay and the Chinese and fish and chip takeaways. There was a lovely cream tea waiting for us along with milk and a bottle of local apple juice. The flowers were also much appreciated. I'm sure we will be back.

26 Chapel Street was a fantastic location for our holiday in Cornwall. The house is superbly furnished and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and got our holiday off to a fine start! I would highly recommend the house to anyone considering a holiday in this part of Cornwall.
The house had everything we needed in an ideal location. The two bathrooms and downstairs loo/ laundry were very useful. It was good to have a key code rather than a key. The house was spotless when we arrived.
Absolutely charming! The attention to detail put in to welocme us was much appreciated after both a flight and train ride! We visited family in Penzance, so the size of the home allowed us to host dinners as well and current brochures were helpful in planning our day trips. 26 Chapel Street became our home away from home in Boston very quickly and we will definitely return. This was an amazing trip for the 3 of us - nana, daughter and granddaughter.
Had an amazing time in Penzance. We came with our two girls and my parents. Everything is on the doorstep from bars, restaurants to shops. The house itself is amazing too. It has everything you need and more. Staying with my parents we never felt we were on top of each other due to the size of the place. This is a very lovely house finished to a high standard.
Just had our very best family holiday. Visited lots of amazing places and most of all, we stayed in an amazing holiday home, the best one so far. The kids loved their rooms and we all loved the walk in shower. Thank you for an amazing holiday, we wish we could stay forever.
Spacious, airy and quite spiritual, a truly lovely experience. Thank you for such comfortable, relaxing and engaging stay in an elegant and lovely home. We live in the Yorkshire Dales and the convenience of the gardens, the Promenade, galleries and shops became a luxury and a treat.
The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with just about everything you could need to prepare and serve food; the two bathrooms (wetrooms) were very modern and stylish and the beds were comfortable. It is very conveniently located within a few minutes walk of food shops, banks, chemists, pubs, restaurants, etc. We came by train and it's only a ten minute walk from Penzance station. Nice sea view out of the rear bedroom window. Highly recommended!
