With views of iconic St Michael’s Mount and close to the beach, this bright, modern property offers the chance to relax and recharge by the sea in the tiny Cornish town of Marazion. It makes a wonderful seaside getaway for couples or families looking to escape to the seaside or explore the coast, countryside and attractions of fabulous West Cornwall.

Thoughtfully decorated throughout, this comfortable home has a smart, fitted kitchen for putting together romantic meals for two or family suppers. Sit together in the dining room while you discuss your day’s adventures, then wander through to the welcoming lounge where you can relax on the corner sofa in front of the TV. At bedtime, head upstairs where you’ll find three pretty bedrooms - a king-size, a twin and a single - sharing a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The house has large gardens at both front and back, the latter with a patio, BBQ and picnic table, making this a lovely spot for an outdoor meal while enjoying the fresh sea air.

Across the road from the house is a children’s play park, and you’re less than half a mile from the centre of Marazion, which offers restaurants, pubs, art and craft galleries and, of course, a fabulous sandy beach. From here you can walk the causeway (or catch a little boat when the tide is in) across to St Michael’s Mount, a small island community with its very own castle. There are beautiful walks (and more beautiful beaches) on the coast path near Prussia Cove, and the larger town of Penzance is just 5 miles away for a wider variety of shops and places to eat. St Ives with its many beaches and the Tate Gallery is just 7.5 miles.

Property was a great location , good family accommodation with lots of space .Lovely rear garden with large picnic bench for eating outside . Very well equipped and adequate parking for two cars . Highly recommend this property .

Lovely spacious well equipped property in a good location and with excellent views. With a 5 year old we particularly liked the playground across the road. There is also a great pub at the bottom of the road.
