Sinilah is a luxury coastal property that has been stylishly decorated to create a sumptuous and attractive home by the sea and is situated in a highly sought-after position overlooking the Banjo Pier and Looe beach, with stunning coastal views to enchant its guests. It boasts striking designs with quality furnishings throughout to create a feel of French opulence whilst continuing to be a welcoming space for all who stay. Sinilah is arranged over three floors; the ground floor accommodation comprises of a open plan lounge/diner with a large bay window displaying the fantastic sea views and a lovely inglenook open fire that creates a warm cosy atmosphere during the cold winter months. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen at the rear of the property has underfloor heating, making Sinilah the perfect place for an all-season break. To the front of the house is a large furnished patio with magnificent views over Looe, the river, beach and bay, and if you are booking a New Year break, Sinilah's balcony and patio is like having the best front row seat in a theatre to watch the spectacular New Year fireworks display that Looe is famous for!
On the first floor is the master bedroom with superking bed and en suite shower room. This spacious, bright room again enjoys fabulous coastal views. A second double bedroom with king size bed and a bunk room can also be found on this floor as well as the family shower room. On the top floor is the third double room again with king size bed, which provides access to a wonderful little balcony that enjoys 180 degree views over Looe and the amazing coastal views beyond!
You can join the South West Coast Path right outside the house and make your way along to Hannafore Beach where you will discover fantastic rock pools to explore. Enjoy your premium spot on the patio to watch the regatta in the summer and listen to live music during Looe Music Festival.
The Hannafore Hotel is a short walk away and here you can arrange with the hotel to make use of the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room or enjoy a relaxing treatment at competitive prices.

GARDEN & PARKING: Large outside space furnished with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, barbecue area (guests can buy disposable barbecue if they wish but not provided), glass-fronted patio for frontline unobstructed views. It is possible to pull up near to the property to unload and then there is on-road parking within a 2-10 minute walk, there is also a public car park a 10 minute walk from the house where you can buy a weekly ticket - see Looe parking.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas c.h./hot water, woodburner in lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Highchair provided for toddlers. Please bring your own cot and stairgate.

There are 20 steps leading up to the front of the house. These are broken up into sections with flat pathways in between but we would advise that the property may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
From Hannafore Lane (Road level) - there are 4 steps leading to a walkway that will lead you to the entrance to Sinilah. From here there are 7 steps then onto a flat level surface. From here another 6 steps onto the wooden decked balcony, 2 more steps onto a concrete levelled surface towards the front door.
Absolutely beautiful home, well equipped and so comfortable, the views cancel out the walk up 'cardiac hill'. Loved Looe, had a relaxed, fun-filled week away. Thank you. Guest Book Comment - Mrs M
Sinilah is an absolutely beautiful house! It was extremely clean, décor throughout is excellent and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family holiday. Sinilah's location is great with stunning views of the bay whilst still being a short walk into West Looe.
This 3 story townhouse which has exceptional views across Looe Bay.
Had a lovely week with great views. Enjoyed the facilities, BBQ would have added to the enjoyment. We will be back!

The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks.
