Find your ideal family-friendly getaway in this modern, monochrome apartment which is littered with large windows allowing natural light to pour in and views out to the beautiful seaside location which surrounds the property. Just steps away, you’ll find the sandy beach of East Looe with a cafe to sit and watch the world go by, as well as gentle waves which are perfect for those who’d love to take a dip in the turquoise waters.

From a small flight of stairs, you’ll reach the entrance hall which leads through to the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. Filled with contemporary black and white furniture, the space makes an impact whilst offering functionality and comfort in the soft sofas, four-seater dining table and sleek kitchen layout. One of the two double bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom with both a freestanding bath and a luxurious shower, as well as a window seat where you can sit and gaze out over the glistening waters. The second double bedroom has access to the shower room, fitted with a walk-in thermostatic shower which is a great place to unwind at the end of each day. From the living area, you can access the balcony area, complete with a bistro set to ensure maximum enjoyment whilst taking in the views.

Within 5 miles in either direction along the coast, you’ll find a plethora of blissful beaches to visit, including Plaidy Beach (2 miles), Talland Bay (3 miles) and Seaton Beach (3.5 miles by foot). All of these can be reached via the South West Coast Path, making for a fantastic day hopping from beach to beach, sampling the local treats and soaking up the sublime scenery. If you’re a lover of water sports, Looe Beach has plenty to offer with guided stand-up paddleboarding trips, kayaks to hire and high-tech sea scooters for something different.

Great property with superb views. Everything you need is provided. Be aware the parking spot was JUST about big enough for an Audi A3. The property is on a very steep hill so if you have and health issues with you back, legs, knees etc this may not be the property for you. All in all a lovely apartment.

A wonderful apartement with view to the beach. Shirt way to shops and pubs. Well equipped. Great bedrooms and bathroom. Terrible parking situation.

A delightful apartment, well equipped with amazing sea views! Bit of a steep hill to walk up but the view is worth it. A lovely welcome pack awaits you! Everything you need in the property and it's within a very short walk to restaurants and pubs. A clean, very well presented holiday home - we loved it!

An excellent apartment with comfortable beds and super views. The car park space is small (they provide you with dimensions) but Looe has good public transport access, so consider going by train!
