Talland is a lovely 1 bedroomed ground floor apartment nestled within the Lemain Garden apartments grounds. The property has been finished and furnished to a high standard, and provides a lovely base for a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The coastal path and bays are within easy access of the apartments, you will be able to spend hours just watching the sea and the local wildlife. Also see information on Eddystone.

Bedroom: Super kingsize bed (6' - may be unlinked to form 3' twins bed), wall mounted TV.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 1 car, allocated space to the front. Small private patio with furniture and flower border to the front.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

We have stayed here a couple of times and will be staying again! We stayed at Christmas and we were welcomed with a little Christmas tree , Prosecco and mince pies. Staff at Looe who we booked with were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you
Very clean and well presented apartment.
We have never had a bad experience using Cornish Horizons. The property is always well presented, well equipped and welcoming. The flowers are a lovely touch and Milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after a long journey is perfect.

The town of Looe has charming narrow streets leading down to a picturesque harbour, and is split into East and West Looe by the river that runs through it, and on down to the beach. Looe's sandy beach has a little cafe where you can linger over a cup of coffee while people-watching or admiring the view.
There are a number of lovely cafes, as well as restaurants and pubs to choose from, making this a great destination for the foodies among you. You will have the opportunity to buy freshly-caught fish from the market on the quay, or if you fancy it, go out on a fishing trip to have a go at catching your own!
If you don't fancy fishing, a good alternative boat trip is to Looe Island, where you can find some lovely examples of rare plants, and spot plenty of wildlife, including grey seals and seabirds. Looe Marine Conservation Group can give you more information about the island and its wildlife.
Looe is said to be a wonderful place to enjoy the New Year festivities, a time when many happy party-goers in fancy dress descend upon the town to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy a magnificent display of fireworks
