An easy to book holiday - no hassles! Clear instructions for the property sent upon completion of payment. Arrival at the property was incredible welcoming and it was an amazing week in Porthleven. The house was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities required. Despite allowing pets (we took a dog), it was refreshing that the property was incredibly clean and spotless. The enclosed courtyard allowed a safe exit from the property with the dog and children and it was handy to have somewhere to put wet clothes after the beach. All essentials were catered for from the gorgeous welcome pack to the soaps, toilet paper and milk etc. that make your first day/evening easier if arriving late. A wonderful week - we really didn't want to come home. Thank you for a memorable summer holiday.

Mrs Joanne B,

An excellent, clean well provided cottage. Excellent location yards from beach. Off road parking was a bonus as was the enclosed courtyard for dogs. Cottage provided everything you could think of plus more, shower was brilliant. We enjoyed walks straight from cottage onto coast path and onto beach in minutes. had an excellent well catered for holiday and will definitely return. thanks to owners and Above Beach team.

Mr David E,

Very well appointed and furnished cottage in a great location.

Mr Andy F,

Thank you, we had a fab week and will be booking again.

Mrs Lucy R,

Suffolk Cottage is more like a home from home than a holiday cottage. Overall, it is probably better equipped than our home.

Mr Terence C,

Suffolk Cottage is ideally located with lovely views from master bedroom but far enough back from the sea to avoid the storms! Porthleven really is a year round holiday location with good restaurants and friendly pubs. Dogs are made welcome almost everywhere and the cliff walk to Loe Bar then Helston through Penrose is a must. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped making it a perfect bolthole at any time of the year.

Mrs Sandy J,

Well equipped cottage with tasteful decor, excellent location. Porthleven is a beautiful place for relaxing or walking and home to fantastic restaurants, everywhere is dog friendly

Mrs M R,

Immaculately presented with every appliance/ tool needed for a relaxing holiday.

Mr Karl B,

Suffolk Cottage is a lovely well equipped cottage and we would definitely book there again. We have spent the last few years holidaying in Porthleven as it is a beautiful location with so much to offer with it’s various restaurant’s, pubs, shops and galleries. Very dog friendly too! The last two cottages were booked through Above Beach Cottages, both properties were of an excellent standard. We will be back!

Rebecca L,

Excellent location, lovely cottage. Extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly want or need.

Mr Michael H,

Above Beach Cottages are easy to book with and we enjoyed our holiday at Suffolk Cottage. The cottage is in a good position, nicely furnished and clean. Porthleven is lovely and peaceful we really enjoy the village.

Mrs Theresa F,

Beautifully presented property with everything you could need for a family holiday. The cottage is in a great location for the beach and harbour at Porthleven and exploring the local area. It was amazing being able to hear the waves from the bedroom and look out over the sea.

Miss Liz R,
