This stylish apartment overlooks the picturesque harbour at Porthleven. Sleeping four guests, the property is perfect for couples and small families. Wander out of your front door and into the hustle and bustle of the harbour, with its fantastic cafes and restaurants. The area is a haven for walkers, with a 3-mile beach stretching away from the town, as well as the dramatic South West Coast Path. In the evenings, relax in the open-plan living area, taking in the stunning sea views.

An external flight of stairs leads to this glorious waterside apartment. The main living area is a sociable, open-plan space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner and is decorated in a contemporary style. Spend time here, reclining on the plump sofa, testing out new recipes in the stylish kitchen area, and sharing memorable mealtimes around the table whilst watching the boats bobbing in the harbour. A welcoming twin bedroom and a shower room are also on this level. Upstairs, on a mezzanine floor, is the beautiful double bedroom with a glass balcony and en-suite bathroom. Outside, there’s a charming shared patio where you can sip a morning coffee at the bistro table.

Porthleven is a traditional fishing port, and you’ll always find something to watch on a walk around the lively harbour. After a stroll, pop into one of the restaurants or pubs to sample some delicious local seafood. Porthleven’s beach is sand and shingle, and is a great place for a picnic or long walk along the shoreline. It’s also a popular spot for experienced surfers. For a more buckets-and-spades-type beach, head to the family friendly Praa Sands, just 5 miles along the coast.

This was our second stay at this great property and we weren't disappointed. The location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable. Will definitely return for future visits.

This apartment is right in the centre of Porthleven harbour with a private parking space for one car. Great place for a base to explore the south west or just to stay local with plenty of bars and restaurants for a different experience every day of the week.
