A sweet little cottage for three, located within a pretty and peaceful setting of a woodland valley in Pendra Loweth, near Falmouth, this holiday home offers the perfect base for a couple or small family. Inside, the property is comfortably styled, offering everything required for a relaxing break, whilst outside you can explore the extensive shared gardens, enjoy use of an on-site swimming pool and play area and pick up scenic walking routes directly from your doorstep.

Inside, the property is fresh and modern with a neutral scheme that runs throughout. Step into the open-plan living room which also features large glass doors that open onto the terrace area and garden, a delightful way of merging the outdoor/indoor space. Adjacent to the lounge/diner is the well-equipped kitchen – another carefully planned space that works so well for parents preparing meals or for couples creating dinner together. Upstairs, there are two light and airy bedrooms: a double room and a single bedroom, both offering pleasant views. Completing the floor plan is a family bathroom. The property overlooks the extensive shared gardens and woodland beyond – you can explore both, as well as enjoy the on-site facilities. From the cottage itself, why not open the large French doors and enjoy al fresco breakfasts surrounded by birdsong? Bliss.

The property is set just 2.5 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Falmouth, known for its stunning natural landscapes and rich maritime history – its harbour is one of the deepest natural harbours in the world. Take a stroll along the waterfront promenade and admire the picturesque views of the boats, yachts and sailing ships. For beach days, head to Swanpool (1 mile) which is a family-friendly beach, that’s great for swimming and kayaking. The local area is famously known as The Village of Gardens, so you can plan a day out at any of the eight nearby that are open to visitors including Penjerrick Garden (0.5 miles) and the Princess Pavilion and Gardens, an iconic venue that sits within Falmouth town centre and next to Gyllyngvase Beach.

As an ex owner of a similar cottage on Pendra Loweth it was good to see a high standard of equipment and cleanliness. The gardens are now stunning from the time we bought our cottage off plan. Would definitely recommend.

Pendra Loweth is a great place to stay and Annette Gover is a fab property. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. The house contains everything you need for your stay, especially in the kitchen - where you will find what you need to prepare and cook whatever you like. We recommend this location and the accommodation was excellent. The location was great with a beach approx. 1 mile away and a major supermarket within 10 minutes drive. The on site bar and food was extremely good and reasonably priced for the area. The onsite garden were well maintained and very attractive. It was all just very good!

March visit: house was warm and welcoming, spacious and well equipped. Ideal for visiting Falmouth and Penwith. Beautiful valley setting, quiet beach and coastal walks nearby. Easy access to Falmouth town. Much thought put into guests needs during stay....Wonderful holiday, thank you!

Had a lovely stay at the cottage, very pet friendly and very clean with all the amenities that you need. Lovely walk to Maenporth beach and a short drive in to Falmouth. Would defiantly recommend and would use again:-))

Excellent property in scenic location, within walking distance to Falmouth town and Maenporth beach, and with bar/restaurant on site, even less reason to use the car.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location for exploring Falmouth and the surrounding coast line. The cottage was clean and fresh and well equipped. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return.
