We have used this property several times and it suits us well.
Great apartment for the two of us and our dog Daisy. Janet next door was a lovely lady and very helpful and informative about what to do and see in the area. Very handy for the pub and only a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the 4th time at that property and fitted all our requirements. We have known this area of Cornwall since our childhood, pre Padstein days. It's an area we love and the apartment is very quiet and secluded. It is very simple to book this holiday.
Excellent location, perfect for dogs and humans. A path behind the property gives quick access into St Merryn village. Caretaker Janet always on site and is very helpful with settling in and has a good knowledge of the locality. I was so pleased with the location I have already booked the same accommodation for another visit. Good choice of restaurants, bars and shops in St Merryn village.
St Merryn is a hidden gem located within easy reach of the stunning coast of North Cornwall, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, helpful local convenience stores and delis, and a wide variety of places to eat. Sometimes overlooked, due to the proximity of the larger town of Padstow just ten minutes' drive away, St Merryn is nevertheless a great holiday setting in its own right, its convenient location and many amenities attracting visitors back year after year. Known as the 'Seven Bays' area due to the number of beaches along this part of the coastline, you know you are approaching the village when you see the 'Seven Bays for Seven Days' signs on the road heading in. If it's a walking holiday you are looking for, St Merryn is an excellent choice, being near to beaches, cliffs and fields, where lovely views entice you from your holiday home and into the great outdoors. And of course, if you have a four legged family member, they will love it too! There is also a riding stables nearby if you've always wanted to explore the area on horseback (a wonderful way to see the stunning local scenery).
