Penpont is a beautifully restored town house just a 3 minute walk from the stunning Perranporth beach. Overlooking the bay, beach views can be enjoyed from four of the five bedrooms of this light and airy house. Providing spacious, modern accommodation, the owners have gone to great lengths to refurbish the house to a very high standard ensuring the comfort of their guests. The ground floor flows from room to room encompassing the patio area where al fresco dining is a must, but there to enjoy at any time of day complete with barbecue and outside shower. The popular surfing beach of Perranporth is only 100 yards walk from the house and the village is a short distance beyond where a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants can be found. Besides surfing, other local activities on offer include kite surfing, horse riding, golf, parachuting and tennis, not to mention the beautiful coastal walks. For a change of scene Holywell Bay Fun Park is close by and with Newquay only 6 miles away there is always something new to see and do. The Atlantic Highway can be joined seven miles inland from Perranporth allowing easy access to other places of interest in Cornwall making Penpont the perfect holiday home for all!

Penpont is ideally located for both beach, town and coastal walks. Ample parking, pleasant outdoor seating area, spacious bedrooms and living areas. Perfect for larger families and those with dogs!
We had a lovely holiday from start to finish. Booking was so easy, I contacted the team by phone to make enquiries and both payments. I was very happy with the efficiency and politeness I received. The communication through email was also excellent, which was comforting. The property met our needs nicely and was pleasantly surprised by all the little things that were supplied that made the stay much easier. The cream tea on arrival was so nice, good start! We went with my parents who are both in their 70's, dad is managed the hill to the property fine (but is used to walking) mum did struggle a little, but managed it daily with a short break half way up. I would stay here again, and use Cornish Horizons - Thank You!

Located on the rugged North Coast, Perranporth is the gateway to one of Cornwall's most spectacular beaches where the three miles of beautiful golden sands, huge surf and sand dunes, full with wildlife all combine to make a pretty impressive location. Surrounded by countryside that inspired Winston Graham's Poldark novels, this bustling village has plenty to offer from ice-cream parlours, beach shops, family pubs, restaurants and cafes all serving delicious Cornish produce.
Perranporth beach is a remarkable playground for the whole family- build sandcastles, play football or explore the countless rock pools. Take a swim, have a picnic, take a stroll with some canine companions or at sunset, let it provide the perfect place to watch the sun go down! For the more active, there are surf and kite buggy schools on the beach and the coastal footpath, from the village provides stunning walking trails.
