The property has a delightful lounge with a Smart TV, open fire and comfortable seating, making a great spot for snuggling up in the evening to plan the next day’s adventures. The split-level kitchen/diner has a beautifully equipped kitchen area with a wide range of equipment and Bluetooth speakers. A couple of steps lead down to the inviting dining area, ideal for enjoying a celebratory meal together. On the first floor you will find a shower room, a bathroom and the first two bedrooms: a cosy twin and a sweet king-size room. This house is well located for a short walk into the centre of Padstow, the one downside is no parking close to the house. Easily sleeps 8 comfortably.

St Pirans is a comfortable, well appointed property in Padstow for larger groups and families. Always clean and tidy, comfy bed with lovely bed linen and fluffy towels.

Beautifully presented clean, warm and cosy for our new year break. The house is well equipped kitchen is a good size and plenty of room for 8 to sit at the table.

St Piran's is a lovely property! The location is ideal, but most of all the house feels like a home. It's spacious and comfortable, having the character of a cottage with the added amenities of modern life.

The property is a in an ideal position there is no parking but it wasnt an issue there was plenty of off street parking. The property is well furnished with high end furniture well laid out there was 7 family using the property and we didnt feel on top of each other. The garden space is well laid out.

The location of the property in the very heart of Padstow was perfect for access to all amenities, including superb shops and restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Pirran to friends and family for a vacation and it is very probable we will return if the circumstance arises.
