Within half a mile of the centre of Padstow, this airy and welcoming cottage is a relaxing holiday getaway for couples, friends and families. Ideal for exploring the Seven Bays, the property features a pretty garden and a beautiful conservatory, perfect for relaxing in on a glorious summer’s afternoon. Offering ample accommodation for up to five guests, this bright and cheerful retreat makes a great base for keen walkers, cyclists and nature lovers discovering the stunning North Cornwall coastline.

Entering the cottage you will find a sweet lounge with a Smart TV, DAB radio and plenty of seating, making a great space for everyone to unwind in after a fabulous day exploring a gorgeous part of the Cornish landscape. The ground floor also features a bright, spacious and beautifully equipped kitchen opening out into the conservatory which provides an ideal space for dining together. Heading upstairs you will find a cheerful bathroom and three fresh, relaxing bedrooms: a delightful double, a lovely king-size and a large single with stunning views. Going outside, there’s a charming front patio and a pretty back garden with outdoor furniture, making a great spot for a BBQ on a summer’s day.

Padstow is a popular fishing town renowned for its fabulous restaurants, many of which specialise in freshly caught seafood delivered to the harbour daily. Attractions in the town include Prideaux Place and the National Lobster Hatchery, while keen walkers, nature lovers and cyclists can head inland to follow the Camel Trail or the Saint’s Way. The Seven Bays are all within 6 miles, and the area is a popular spot for a range of water sports and boat trips. Other nearby attractions include Camel Creek Family Theme Park, Pencarrow House and Garden, Springfield Fun Park and the Bodmin Jail Attraction, all within 15 miles.

We found the whole property absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was comfy and cosy. The conservatory had ample dining space. The beds were comfortable and there was loads of wardrobe space. The short 5 min walk into Padstow was a delight. We hired bikes and completed the camel trail. Tesco is only a 5-8 min walk sRead moreo it truly had everything anyone could need. Free on street parking and easy access on check in. Well definitely be booking again for next September. Hide

We absolutely loved our stay at Bay View, it was less than a 5 minute walk to Padstow Harbour and the bars and restaurants, yet we were completely undisturbed as the house is in a residential area rather than near other holiday lets. From the moment we arrived at the property we felt at home, even our dog seemed to like it as she was really relaxed for the whole week. The property was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there to hand even down to dishwasher tablets. The bedrooms were lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Great house close to the town. Well equipped. Extremely clean and always parking outside on the street. Lovely little garden with an estuary view.

My daughter and I with our two dogs (cavalier and pug) spent a lovely week in Bay View. It is a lovely property, has a well equipped kitchen with everything one needs. The owners have indeed thought carefully about the furnishings and decor and made it a very comfortable and lovely place to stay. The beds were top quality and very comfortable to slRead moreeep in. The bathroom has a great shower and separate bath, sink and wc. The garden was lovely with mature planting and the terrace overlooked the bay. We are able to park outside the property without any difficulty. The property is situated a short downhill walk into Padstow. We will definitely return to this little gem and highly recommend it.
