Elm Bank is tucked away in a quiet corner of Sarah's View, yet right next to open fields with a lovely view from the rear patio over open countryside. This delightful modern cottage provides stylish, spacious, light and airy accommodation. Only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the Padstow shops, restaurants, inns and the vibrant harbour and 6 minutes from the Camel Trail. There are beaches in the estuary within walking distance and the Elizabethan manor house of Prideaux Place overlooks the town and is also well worth a visit.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Smart TV, Netflix, DVD player, hi-fi and CD player with iPod connection, electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobes with shelving, hair dryer.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), wardrobes with shelving.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.
GARDEN & PARKING: Rear garden gets sunshine most of the day. Patio with views over open countryside to rear and side. Garden furniture. Steps down to lawn. Gate to side access path. To front small open plan lawn with path. Steps to off road parking area and lockable garage available for storage of your bikes, surf boards, etc.
Changeover Day: Saturday arrival - 3:00pm - departure - 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating hot water. Gas and electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but can be hired - see hire page.

Great location on edge of countryside. Private, sunny garden is perfect.
We have visited the area for many years and 1999 was the first time we came into contact with Cornish Horizons, and since then we have always gone through them for whatever size property we have required.
Service first class, property absolutely brilliant, lovely views, a good area for a base to get to most places in Cornwall.
