This stunning stone barn conversion is situated in a tranquil position on a working farm and has panoramic countryside views.  Although situated in a rural area it is only a short drive from Padstow and several beaches.  The Mill and its neighbour The Manor have been beautifully and lovingly restored to provide characterful, contemporary and spacious accommodation.  It has an open plan interior with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and contemporary decor plus quality furniture and en suite bath or shower room to each bedroom.  Solid walls, doubled glazed windows and underfloor heating throughout make sure that your stay will be warm and cosy for those winter getaways.   The farm nestles in countryside a short distance from Padstow with its harbour and host of galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants just over 3 miles away.  This cottage is ideally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall being only 10-15 minutes' drive from the A30 so a trip to Tate St Ives is only an hour away and the Eden Project about 25 minutes.  Also in the same location as The Mill and The Manor is The Nooke.

Very helpful and friendly owners. We’ve been coming here off and on for 20 years. Just adore the area.

Mrs Linda W,

Spacious feel. Good location. Quiet. Well designed.

Mr Stephen M,

Very well presented and maintained. Every bit as good as the adjacent property that we used two years ago.

Mr Mark S,

Just an excellent holiday in every way.

Mr William M,

Lovely property in excellent location.

Mrs Sheena H,

Excellent property, very comfortable and spacious. Quiet location and owner helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic 2 week stay, visiting Harlyn Bay and Trevone Bay beaches just a short drive away.

Mr Richard S,

The whole experience was great, property location and standard of finish was excellent all round, property owner was friendly and helpful, holidaying in Cornwall is like going abroad but being able to take the car, such a beautiful and friendly place with so much to do and see and perfect for families with young children.

Mrs Elizabeth H,

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations- a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin. If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
