Reviews

Thank you for the lovely holiday (again!). Just as good as last time. We loved watching the fireworks from balcony! We are looking forward to coming again later in the year. Thank you for tuning the piano.

Caroline and friends,

Amazing house. We've had a lovely time, despite the weather. Love the location too and even managed some body boarding on Lusty Glaze beach! Would definitely come back. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

The property was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations.

Ged F,

Amazing!!!! everything and more to have a home from home experience. Could not fault one thing. Hope to be back next year

Mrs Maureen H,

We've had such a great time in your lovely house. For the six adults and two babies it was perfect. The babies loved the garden and all the rooms in the house to explore. The spinning chairs were also a big hit! Thank you so much.

The Forsters family,

This house is amazing! The gardens are beautiful, so is the location. It had everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will return again for another lovely holiday. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

The property was lovely and the location fantastic. We had a truly fantastic week and would certainly consider booking the house again.

Mrs Karen S,

Fabulous property - walking distance from 3 sandy beaches. The very best end of Newquay. Would highly recommend this amazing family friendly property. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more (my daughter and grandkids made my birthday cake here). The 2 sitting rooms were well used as was the stunning garden and the piano was a bonus.

Mrs Maxine S,

Our stay at this house has been amazing! The house is located in such a good area that has been very convenient and helpful to us. The house has been everything we had hoped for and much more. Would 100% stay again.

The Gilbert family,

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and in such a good location, loved having the beach right on our doorstep. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate recommencing to family and friends.

Smiths & H,

Map

When many people think of Newquay, often their first impressions are of the lively night life the town has to offer, but Newquay has much more up its sleeve than just pubs and clubs. There are no less than 11 beaches along this part of the coast, most offering swathes of golden sand and plenty of family fun, and many, of course, are a mecca for the surfers who flock here all year round to ride the waves. A number of them are also dog friendly, so your best friend won't be left out either. From Newquay Harbour a wide variety of boat trips are available- whether you want to head out to sea for a fishing trip, try your hand at some of the water-sports on offer, or just take in the beautiful scenery, there will be something for everyone.  If you're lucky, you may even spot a seal popping its head above the water! A more sedate option is the Trenance Gardens and Leisure park, with its boating lake where you can hire rowing- or pedal-boats. Nearby there is also the renowned Newquay Zoo, and a riding stables, from which you can explore on horseback the Gannel estuary, one of the many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty Cornwall has to offer. A little further down the coast, Perranporth offers much in the way of family entertainment. There are beaches, cafes and water sports galore, plenty of wildlife, and for the historically-minded visitor, you can see an Iron Age fort and a local museum. If your interests lean more towards the literary, this stretch of coastline is known to have inspired Winston Graham to write the Poldark novels.
