The discerning holidaymaker will be queuing up to book this property! Nestling on the side of the hill just a short, level walk from Mawgan Porth Bay, Shore Leas is set in large gardens which extend almost up to the meandering coastal road above. The owners have given much thought to their improvements and the layout of the outside space to include safe enclosed areas for young children and a hot tub for the grown-ups (extra cost) with sea views. This is spacious accommodation for six, with practical provision of an outside shower when coming off the beach and a back entrance into the utility room if returning from wet and windy walks. There is so much on offer at Mawgan Porth there is no need to look any further for an action packed holiday or simply lazing in the garden while taking in the views from the grassy terraced garden. With, in addition, a wide choice of places to eat ranging from the friendly Merrymoor Inn to Scarlett and the Bedruthen Steps Hotel which also offers leisure facilities, you will be hard pressed to sample everything on offer in just one week's holiday!

GARDEN & PARKING: Enclosed paved area to the side and rear of the property, outside shower, garden furniture, extensive tiered garden meandering up the steep hillside, summerhouse, plenty of parking for 3 cars. There is space in the garage to store bikes, surfboards etc.
Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Hot Tub: £150 per week.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; Rointe electric panel heaters throughout; electric flame effect stove lounge; heated towel rails bathroom and en suite shower room; hot water megaflow cylinder.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels); additional towels may be hired from the housekeeper. Please order linked beds in Bed.2 in advance.
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
