Cornwall is a brilliant destination to visit at any time of the year. From spring through to winter, there’s always something happening in Cornwall. Choose from the next sporting event, traditional annual celebration or vibrant street party. Whatever you’re interested in, you can guarantee there will be events in Cornwall for you to enjoy.

Royal Cornwall Show 8th - 10th June

The Royal Cornwall Show is the county’s biggest annual agricultural event, full to the brim of exhibits and activities which offer something for every member of the family. Cornish Horizons will be exhibiting again this year so come and see us.

Polperro Music Festival 10th - 18th June

Polperro Festival celebrates the coming of summer and was born from a mixture of known old traditions, and the community’s wish to attract more people to this beautiful village. The festival includes plenty of live music, an arts and crafts fair, comedy night, bonfire and colourful village carnival.

Falmouth Week 4th - 13th August

Falmouth Week has grown into the largest sailing regatta in the South West with more than 450 yachts racing over eight days along with a lively programme of shore side events. From a marching carnival and a firework display, to themed party nights and samba bands, there are activities to keep everyone entertained.

Fowey Regatta and Carnival Week 13th - 19th August

The Fowey Royal Regatta is one of Britain’s premier sailing events, with a fun-filled week for all the family including events such as a midweek carnival, spectacular firework display, live music and much more! Over the years, the Regatta has attracted many famous visitors including Queen Victoria, Prince Albert and Queen Elizabeth 11.

St Ives September Festival 9th - 23rd September

The St Ives September Festival is a two-week celebration, with headline acts including The John McCusker Band, Show of Hands, Flats and Sharps, The Changing Room and iconic Irish singer Cara Dillon. There are over 300 events with great music, exhibitions, walks, talks, workshops and so much more! Cornish Horizons will also be sponsoring the event. There is something for everyone, so make sure you join in the fun.

Newquay Fish Festival 8th - 10th September

The Newquay Fish Festival offers visitors the opportunity to sample delicious fish dishes, watch local chefs demonstrate amazing food and enjoy the extraordinary entertainment. The practical demonstrations are undoubtedly the highlight of the festival, with some of the region’s top chefs taking part.

Looe Music Festival 29th September - 1st October

The Looe Music Festival is the last of the summer festivals, and is a celebration of live music, entertainment and culture which takes place in various locations across Looe for three days in September. Visit for the day or stay all weekend, with over 40 bands playing across three music stages, you’ll definitely be kept busy!

Padstow Christmas Festival 7th - 10th December

The Padstow Christmas Festival is one of the UK’s best festivals, bringing together chefs, local food producers and crafts in a captivating harbour-side setting. More than 100 local producers and award-winning chefs including Rick Stein, Mitch Tonks, Nathan Outlaw, Brain Turner recently featured at the festival. Come and find our stand in the main marquee!
