With space for six guests, this charming property is perfectly suited to a family unit or a group of friends.

Brimming with character and charm, this traditional wooden house is located in a peaceful spot alongside the flowing River Inney, making it a true delight to visit. The wood theme continues inside, where elegant ceiling beams and sturdy furniture create a homely vibe. Relax as a group in the open-plan living area, equipped with a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy lounge area. When nighttime beckons, choose from a sumptuous double bedroom and two cosy twins, served by a well-appointed bathroom and wet room. Outside, in fine weather, look forward to moments of tea and tranquillity on the serene patio, which overlooks the river.

You’ll have a pub and shop within 2 miles and plenty of natural sites to check out nearby, such as Saint Nectan's Glen (6.5 miles) where a 1-mile walk along ancient woodland leads to a stunning waterfall. Boscastle (5.5 miles) a small port with a medieval harbour, is filled with white-washed cottages and a few thatched houses for you to admire. Tintagel (7.5 miles) and Port Isaac (13 miles) are both excellent options for an afternoon out, along with several National Trust properties nearby and the Launceston Steam Railway (13 miles).
