Close to the historic heart of bustling Padstow, this reverse-level cottage is ideal for couples, friends or a small family. In a quiet location with parking and only half a mile or so from the beach, it boasts a spacious and light-filled living area and two opulent, en-suite bedrooms.

Built in 2010, this lovely property includes some gorgeous features, including the exposed roof trusses, soaring ceiling and large windows and skylights in the first-floor, open-plan living area. Squashy sofas and a Smart TV fill one end of this large room, while a superb kitchen fills the other, complete with all mod cons and a breakfast bar for four people to dine on high stools. On the ground floor, the two king-sized bedrooms are the epitome of glamour, each with luxe wallpaper and window treatments, large wardrobes, dressing tables and TVs. One has an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower that has a steam-room option, while the other boasts a pretty slipper bathtub, tucked under a sloping ceiling, with a hand-held shower. Within your secure parking area, there’s a paved area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening meal in the fresh Cornish air.

The harbour town of Padstow is well known as a foodie destination, with gastronomic delights from chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. There are more affordable options, too, from fish and chips to pasties, and lots of shops and galleries to explore in the bustling, winding streets. The area is surrounded by fabulous beaches, and within 6 miles you can be at any of the famous ‘seven bays for seven days’. For those who love water sports, you can try sailing, wind surfing and more, or book a fishing trip or a sea safari.
