A light and contemporary first-floor apartment on the west coast of the Lizard Peninsula, just 25 metres from Porthleven Sands and within 0.5 miles of this harbour town’s bustling centre. Perfect for small families or groups of friends keen to experience the thriving communities and beaches dotted along the Cornwall AONB, the apartment offers an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony views, two versatile bedrooms and a terrace garden.

Situated within a private development along with three other similar properties, this elegant apartment’s muted coastal tones bathe in natural light, creating a homely ambience you’ll look forward to returning to after a day of activity. Accessed from its rear, the apartment’s enviable location is soon evident, with glorious sea views from its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. An en-suite king-size bedroom with ample storage space stands nearby, as do a sizable zip-and-link twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The views from the lounge/kitchen/diner’s balcony are a sight to behold, while the rear patio garden just below is a larger space to gather and chew the fat with the neighbours.

When you’re not sunbathing or swimming around Porthleven Sands (25 metres), head to the bustling harbour (within 0.5 miles) to watch fishermen bringing in the day’s catch, one soon to be served by the independent cafes and restaurants that are surrounded by an array of shops and galleries. Walkers will be in their element, with numerous circular routes and the South West Coast Path starting or passing through the town centre. Marazion (home of St Michael’s Mount), Penzance and St Ives all lie within 17 miles of the apartment.

A beautiful apartment which was so warm and welcoming with everything we could possibly need. The bed was so comfy with lovely white crisp sheets and gorgeous fluffy towels. Although the weather hasn't been perfect, the huge waves breaking onto the harbour walls were one of our highlights.
