This is part of the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area where you’ll find a dining table, a characterful kitchen and an electric fire for warmth in the winter months. Completing the floor is a wet room for convenience. Upstairs, the floor is dedicated to the spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom too. Just outside the back door is the private patio where you can sit and sip a morning coffee, whilst the surrounding area is the beautiful gardens of the owner, with a giant garden chess set which you’re welcome to play during your stay.
Pay a visit to National Trust Cotehele (9 miles) in the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and you can explore the Tudor house with its well-cared-for gardens and expansive estate. For a taste of the coast, take a trip south to Looe (13 miles). From here, you can get active with a walk along the South West Coast Path, or kick back and relax on the beach with fish and chips and an ice cream before heading to the arcades for some friendly competition. Plymouth (18 miles) is also well worth a visit, with excellent shopping and a wide range of eateries, as well as the National Marine Aquarium.
